General Description:
This 4-layer hybrid PCB combines SCGA-500 GF265 and Tg170℃ FR-4 materials, with 1oz copper on each
layer, resulting in a finished thickness of 1.2mm. The surface finish on the pads is immersion gold, ensuring
excellent conductivity and corrosion resistance.
To safeguard the intricate track patterns, a green solder mask is applied, enhancing durability and protecting
against environmental factors.
Each panel comprises two distinct boards, meticulously manufactured to meet specified requirements and
adhere to the IPC-Class-II standard, ensuring high quality and reliability. Prior to shipment, every board undergoes comprehensive testing to guarantee optimal performance.
For secure transportation and preservation, batches of 25 boards are vacuum-packed, safeguarding them
during delivery and ensuring they arrive in pristine condition, ready for integration into a variety of applications.
